A simple mix of grapefruit, lime, tequila, and club soda makes this one of the easiest (and most refreshing) cocktails to make. Perfect for sipping on a hot day.

The Paloma is one of those cocktails that is refreshing from the first sip: bright, citrusy and perfectly balanced between sweet and tart. It’s made with freshly squeezed grapefruit and lime juice, a splash of tequila and a splash of sparkling soda.
No one seems to totally agree on its origin, although it is often linked to Don Javier Delgado Corona, longtime owner of La Capilla, a small, old-fashioned bar in Tequila, Mexico. However you create it, it’s an easy, thirst-quenching drink, perfect for a sunny afternoon.
