Chicken and Potatoes with Smoky Sauce Recipe

When I started making Air Fryer Chicken Thighs a few weeks ago, I shared a photo on Instagram of this plate combo:

  • roasted potato wedges
  • cucumber salad
  • golden, juicy and tasty chicken bites
  • the smoked aioli drenches everything.

And I have so many questions! What’s in the sauce? How are potatoes made? We need a written recipe!

So here I am with a suitable written recipe for this very delicious, colorful and full of flavor plate. It’s going to seem like a lot at first glance at the ingredient list, but all of those ingredients = amazing flavor. And it’s actually pretty cool to put all of this together.

End result: juicy, garlicky, oregano-crusted, flavorful chicken served with creamy, golden roasted potatoes, tangy cucumber salad, and plenty of smoky aioli on top. It is delicious.

Bjork and I love this combo, and my kids love everything on the plate (although they’d like you to know that they usually opt for ketchup instead of the smoked aioli, of course).
