The French 75 is a classic cocktail made with gin, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup and sparkling wine: simple, fresh and effortlessly elegant.
The French 75 is one of those cocktails that I always seem to order when I go out: it’s so refreshing. Made with gin, lemon juice and simple syrup, then topped with sparkling wine, it’s elegant but incredibly simple to make: simply shake the gin, lemon and syrup with ice, strain into a glass and garnish with bubbles. Cold, crisp and exactly what you want at the end of the day.
