Healthy salads stored in containers, whole meals stacked in the fridge for easy lunches and dinners, burritos and sandwiches packed in the freezer when you need them…I tell you, nothing makes me happier. ready for life.
Some of these recipes are perfect for a Sunday prep session to get you ready for the week ahead (think salads, roasted veggies, and chicken), and others are ideal for a larger once-a-month freezer delivery (hello, frozen burritos and sandwiches!).
